Improved mailed payment address for propane customers

We had an issue with the mail address our invoicing system displayed on our emailed invoices. A few mailed payments bounced back to senders. We appreciate the patience and feedback from those who had check envelopes returned. Some customers prefer to mail us payment to remove the 3% online processing fee our website adds. We believe we have fixed the issue now and apologize for any inconvenience. The correct address should now be displayed at all points.

For all mailed in payments for NC Discount Propane fuel deliveries, propane tanks, or propane appliances, please mail your payment in early within the 30-day payment window and keep the following address handy, which should display correctly now in our invoices and emails to you.
