Together, we are saving many NC tank owners a great deal on their heating bills at a time when every penny counts. While other major companies in our area have let many of their customers run out of propane during the last two Winter seasons, NC Discount Propane has never had a customer run out. While we hope to offer electronic tank monitors and monthly top-off options in the future, this season, we rely on you to keep track of your propane usage and tank levels. The 40% mark is the best time to email in your order or call if you prefer, but email works best. This gives us enough time to place your order, get you on the schedule, and still have some wiggle room if anything causes supply chain or staffing problems. I will be checking in by email over the Holiday so let me know if we can place an order for you or provide any information.
