Propane Payment changes & reminders

Please remember that all NC Discount Propane savings group members should pay the emailed invoice we send you a few days after delivery and NOT the delivery ticket left by the driver.

We will accept mailed checks if you prefer to pay that way made out to NC Discount Propane 14460 Falls of Neuse Rd., Suite 149114, Raleigh, NC 27614 (Not the address on the delivery slip)

We hope that you will consider using our online payment methods using your preferred debit or credit card to pay your propane bill, however, at this time, we must start charging a 3% electronic transfer fee on all future invoices paid by card online.

We found that our payment processor has been deducting 3% for card payments, and since our margins are both transparent to our group members and narrow, we must pass this fee along in the future to be able to continue to offer this service.

We will always include a reminder on your invoice that you have the option of deducting the 3% electronic payment fee and mailing us a check if you prefer, but please use the correct address found at NCdiscountPropane.com and make sure your check or card payment is made as soon as possible after our emailed invoice arrives.

We give all our customers up to 30 days to pay for propane deliveries, but we ask that you please don't take that long unless you really need the time. Any payments by check or card received after 30 days are subject to a 15% late fee.

We are very thankful for each of you participating in our NC Discount Propane savings group and we vow to do all we can to help you save on your fuel costs into the future.
