Tips on ordering our $1.99/gallon NC Discount Propane deliveries for NC & SC tank owners.

-- Order propane deliveries at $1.99/gal if you own your tank by emailing bill@ncdiscountpropane.com.

-- Existing customers who have ordered at any time before are all set and can order more $1.99/gal propane at any time. New customers must complete our customer agreement form.

-- Please include your current & accurate tank levels and tank size with all delivery requests.

-- Deliveries arrive within 7-9 business days in remote areas and usually 3-5 business days near major cities under normal operating conditions. Caveat: Snowstorms are not 'normal operating conditions.'

-- We highly advise you to keep your tank topped off in Dec., Jan., & Feb. by ordering a new delivery anytime your tank is at or below 50%. Once snow or ice is in the forecast, it is often too late to receive deliveries before the bad weather arrives.

-- Pay our emailed invoices at your $1.99/gallon locked-in rate within 30 days via debit/credit card, PayPal, or mailed check.

-- Mailed checks for propane and propane tanks should be mailed at least two weeks before the due date (today's mail system is slow) and must include our complete mailing address, including our suite number.

-- Please be kind, understanding, and supportive to our propane delivery drivers, repair technicians, and office staff at all times.

-- Make sure there are no obstacles or pets in the way of the delivery truck and workers.

-- Make sure you have functioning smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, including ones with battery backup in case of power loss. In an emergency, call 911 and report any leaks or gas smell to 888-337-7355, then press #.

-- Make sure you order before our sixth annual Christmas drawing, where we will be giving away 400 gallons of propane and other great prizes to our active customers on Sunday, Dec. 19, 2026.

-- Please let your friends, family members, and neighbors know that you are helping Carolinians save on propane by participating in and supporting our NC Discount Propane savings group, founded in 2020. We have an A+ rating with the BBB.

We are so thankful for our new and returning customers. By working together, we can share better prices and quality of service.
