We cannot predict what our new rate will be for the 2025-2026 heating season, but right now you can get our discounted propane gallons while they are affordable.

Propane prices are rising rapidly this week in response to the war between Israel and Iran. Might be best to fill your tank now before our current low propane rate expires on July 31, 2025.

Our current seasonal rate of $1.97/gallon expires on July 31, 2025 and while we do not know what our price offer will be after that, we need to warn everyone that propane, oil, and gas prices are spiking right now due to the war in the Middle East!

NC Discount Propane has provided our savings group customers with the lowest locked in rate in North Carolina (and now South Carolina too) for five years in a row and you can count on us to do all we can to get our group the BEST prices for the next 2025-2026 heating season starting in August.

It is our advice that you fill your tanks with our $1.97/gallon propane NOW, if your tank is under 60%.

I will be filling my tank and all of my neighbors' while we have this low rate. I was going to wait until late Summer or Fall 25, but this huge spike in prices on the markets has me concerned.

Unfortunately, each day this conflict continues (or if it gets worse) increases the chances we will all have to pay more for propane after July 31.

Hopefully, the conflict between Iran and Israel will end soon and energy markets will stabilize, but if they do not, then the chances we will all have to pay more for propane next season will be high.

Prices on a barrel of oil were dipping below $60 on global markets last week, and now, at the time of this email, they are trading for $73.61 (a price spike of 22.7%!)

We cannot foretell the future, but we can tell that our $1.97/gallon locked-in rate through July 31 is now even further below what NC & SC propane customers are now paying.
