The first freeze for most of NC is coming next week, and we are getting calls for deliveries where some of our customers have let their tanks run out or dangerously low before ordering.
Please, please, please make sure you check your tank levels and email us for a delivery if your tank is going below 40%!
Emergency deliveries are available within 48 hours for a surcharge of $300. Make sure your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are in good working order. If you smell propane, call this Emergency Number for rapid assistance. Labor charges will apply. 1-800-805-0659
PAYMENTS
NC Discount Propane accepts payments with debit and credit cards, Paypal, or mailed checks. If you are mailing a check for your payment within the thirty days we give you after delivery, make sure that 1. You include our suite number on the envelope or it will not arrive and 2. You mail your check two weeks in advance of the 30-day deadline on your invoice.
Remember to pay our emailed invoice (from bill@ncdiscountpropane.com) you will receive with your $1.99/gal rate we send a few days after the delivery is completed, WITHIN 30 DAYS.
A 15% late fee will be applied to any payments made or received after 30 days from the time of our emailed invoice.
Most of our deliveries are still taking place within seven business days of your orders, but some are getting stretched out longer than that, in some parts of the state, due to the peak demand COLD RUSH.
